Mkheri

Mkheri is a place of great beauty. Panorama of the Great Caucasus, snowy summits of the Svaneti Range closing in, and a powerful waterfall system. Tiny church overlooking Enguri valley from 2500 m.

There are no technically difficult parts on this trail, but the elevation changes are significant, so you really need to be in good physical shape to enjoy it. It is up to you where you finish the trail – you may choose to walk on beyond the church and towards Adriani range across the alpine meadows. You will need to take the same trail back.
