Start from: Mestia
Time: half a day
According to Svan legends, Tetnuldi (“the little white one”) is Ushba’s bride, always dressed in white and always waiting to embrace her beloved bridegroom. Tetnuldi is 4869 m high, and the car can take you as high as 3200 m in July-September, slightly lower in June because of the snow. The mountain gives a spectacular view of the Svaneti Range, Mestia valley and of course Ushba. You can choose to do a small guided trekking route from the upper lift station to the alpinist base camp. This is the highest view-point of Svaneti accessible on foot for non-alpinists.
